One of the secrets of Vallespinos Extra Virgin Olive Oils is the careful blend of olives from mountain olive trees, raised and cared for at a height of 850 m.a.s.l.

These natural conditions, combined with the climate and quality of the olives, result in

a emerald-gold oil with a fine balance of bitter, spicy, and sweet attributes, with slight nuances of apple, green herbs and almonds.
